GPU: 128mb directx11 compatible video card supporting wddm 2.5 32-bit
256mb directx11 compatible video card supporting wddm 2.5 64bit

Iv been hearing news that windows 8, or the next windows will be supporting
128-bit processors. although no news has been released by intel or amd about the 128-bit CPU from what iv heard. but it could be possible considering the way we are headed in the technology world. And most probably if there is a 128-bit os it would be for some big science company or google or something.

You've been hearing wrong. There are no 128-bit processors, none even being designed at present. Not that surprising, as 64-bit processors haven't reached their limits yet - all current ones restrict the address bus to considerably less than 64 bits. Even if a 128-bit processor were being designed now it would be several years before became commercially available, and a few years more until people started writing software for it.

Mind, it is possible that Windows 8 will feature a 128-bit NTFS, which is where the confusion arises. That's totally unconnected with the processor.

Interesting, I was under the same impression as OP but now that you mention it this makes much more sense.
