Solved! Windows Basic installation issue after reset

I did factory reset but after completing the reset process it is not installing the window os.
I select the region then after it is saying "something went wrong but you can try again".

Please help me

Could be a failed hard drive. If system is in warranty, contact the vendor. If it's not, you can try a different hard drive but will need to use Windows boot media to install the OS.
