Windows could not be installed after factory reset on my HP laptop, can someone help me

Hi, my laptop was lagging to much so I factory reseted my laptop and after it did it got stuck on this messenge, Windows could not be installed to install windows on this computer restart the installation, and I did but it keeps saying that what shall I do?

Contact HP. Or ask at their forum. It may be a HP specific issue.
