Windows does not recognize my Usb ports again

My Laptop computer is Dell Latitude D600, the USB ports just stopped to work again and the windows is not recognize it again. Pls, I need ur HELP...
 
they r enabled in bios and reinstaller drivers but it was not working i am able to recharge my cellphone but data was not getting detecable
