I just went through 2 days of a "Windows Security Defense Center " alert the would not allow my laptop to go anywhere. Couldn't even shut off the laptop. The number I called (Lebanon Comcast) sent me to someone in Moscow TN with an ESL person named "Eric." I hung up but he called back twice. I didn't answer. Want everyone to know this.
Today, a small icon posted computer error but could shut the computer off, waited a minute or so and turned it back on. Message gone but is it in one of the folders? If so, how do I get rid of it?
