I cant boot my laptop, Can't access setup screen to change settings. Holding down 0, f2, f8 etc doesn't do anything. Toshiba tecra A9, windows boot manager says File:\windows\system32\winload.exe
Status: 0xc000000f

You either have a bad boot sector on this computer, or your hard drive is failing. Both can cause this error.

You can try and repair it first, to see if it will then work. If that fails, then you are probably going to have to replace the hard drive.
