Windows update to 8.1

Assuming the specs are exactly the same, buy the Win 8 one.

It's a customized order so I'm like upgradeing the graphics card and stuff and the operating system is others windows 8 or windows 8.1

What we are telling you is that you can save some money and just get the system with Win 8 installed. You can upgrade to 8.1 for ZERO when you update Windows yourself. Really up to you.

You can also upgrade to Windows 10 for free when it is released on July 29th. I would probably wait though 'cuz Microsoft's servers will probably be overwhelmed.
