Winklevoss Twins Surrenders, Relaunches Facebook Dispute

If Facebook intentionally withheld information regarding it's value, then it would seem they have a legitimate claim. I really don't care, though.

Oh. Kevin... Tense: Twins (plural) Surrenders (singular) Relaunches (singular)

What a couple bitches. Take your $65 million and be happy. You didn't actually do anything. Mark Zuckerberg did it all and is getting the cash and glory for it. And don't even claim the idea was your own, twins. You had an idea but it was not what Facebook is.

Headline error: he surrenders; they (twins) surrender. It is too much to ask that at least somebody grammar-check this stuff?

It is too much.

haha the Winklevi....I guess everyone is looking for free money. What ever happened to the days when if you had a good idea, you kept it a closely guarded secret. Now everyone spews their ideas to the world only to later sue whoever else thought it was a good idea and actually put the work in to make it happen.

Not much to root for here, the 1) back-stabbing programmer or 2) the two rich boys that expected him to make their simple idea into a reality or 3) the lawyers that are making out like bandits...the only honorable thing to do here is shut down Facebook, sell it's assets and give every person in the world $3 for our troubles.

The original $65M settlement is what's funding this new lawsuit! How duped would you feel if you were Facebook?

Because 65 million just isn't enough money... a huge slap in the face, to be sure.

FB didn't actually start turning a profit until late 2009. Remember all those dotcoms that were 'worth' so much as well.
