Wireless Capability NE56R

The keyboard on my Gateway NE56R laptop doesn't work, so I don't have the wireless capability button (F3). I restarted my laptop and it turned off. How can I turn it back on without the F3 button?

Try pressing F3 and at the same hold down the Fn key to the left of your spacebar.
