My TV doesn't have Bluetooth, so I'm using
Aluratek ABT01F with RCA Cable Adapter into my TV audio out.
I'm using tzumi wireless bluetooth headphones which is paired.
When I use the headphones, the TV volume is on.
I don't have option to disable the speakers

Wait, so you can adjust the volume of the TV independently of the headphones? Why don't you just mute the TV when you use the headphones?

As for it stop the volume when it's plugged in, that only works with the headphone jack in to the tv. If you use RCA cables, those don't sense when they're being used so there's no way for the tv to know to only output sound to those ports.

No I can't adjust the volume of the TV independently of the headphones.
I do not have a headphone jack on my TV, so that's why I'm using the wireless headphones.
My TV doesn't have Bluetooth.
That is why I'm using Aluratek, RCA cable to my Audio out.
