Wireless PC to TV advice

First, my thanks to Wolfshadw for tuner recommendation. WinTV-HVR-2250 is on order.

I would like hear opinions regarding options for connecting my desktop home theater PC to my TV wirelessly for transfer of high definition audio/visual content. What technology should I be looking at? Specific product recommendations would also be appreciated. I have a relatively open 24' x 36' floor plan but the TV which is on a cart for portability will generally not not be line of site visible from the PC? I would like to minimize the size of any components connected to the TV. Both TV and PC are of reletivily recent vintage and both have hdmi as well as numerous other typical connection types. PC is connected to internet via (cat5) to DSL wireless router/modem.

wireless hdmi.

its not terrible for short distances but the further you are away the worse and worse the picture will get.

a wired connection is always going to be MUCH better though.
