Wireless Soundbar to tv

Can't figure out on a Sharp smart tv (lc-50ub30u)without Bluetooth. .I added a BT to hook up with wireless soundbar. What is the right procedure to find the Bluetooth on the settings

Unless specifically made for your TV, you can't just add a blluetooth USB dongle and have it work on a TV. They need to load drivers to function.
