Bluetooth, if you want to know what exactly is, simply WIKIPEDIA it.

Basically to do what you want, need to (1)purchase speakers that are Bluetooth capable, and (2)A BT dongle like THIS for your PC.

You can't pair two mono speakers and use one for left the other for right. If you could pair them both you would get mono from each.
You will need a bluetooth pair rather than two separate speakers. The BT receiver and amp are in one speaker and the other is wired to the first.
