Wolvol laptop stuck on safe mode !!!!

is there anyway I can restore it . or reinstall the os on the laptop.
I only used it and never installed an android ever

You may want to provide some more details, what happened before the issue started? What exactly happens when you turn on the system, does it actually go into Safe Mode? A lot of people mistake low resolution when there is a video driver issue to Safe Mode, which it's not.
