Wont Respond to touch

Please.... help me my Asus A_A007 won't respond to touch the screen, i dont know what to do can you help me as early as quickly? im hallucitate now 🙁

Did you try turning it off, cleaning the display and then turning it back on? That would be the first step. If that doesn't help, then if under warranty I would contact the manufacturer. If not, then I would try a local tech. The display may be having issues.
