Solved! wont shut off

I just bought a Lenovo ideapad 320, its been doing great, but now it wont turn off and all I have now is a black screen.....how do I fix this issue ?

Cut the power, or wait for the battery to drain out. If you just bought it, and it is new, I would return it. No new product should give you such problems.
