Recently, we got a problem that is below described:
Some users found that there were no change after they clicked on "Save" button. After exiting Word 2007, they found that the modification date of the file was not changed. It kept the same day before modifying the file.
However, the problem not happened all the time, it's random. The frequent of happening is 1 time per day. ( user open and save over 5-15 files per day normally)
I have tried to apply latest Windows and office update. Even though I clear all files under Temp or Internet Temporary Folders. The problem still exist.
The OS is Windows 7.
