Everyone needs to chill the hell out. Its only the instant search feature that doesn't pop up results instantly. you can still find things. They are not censoring them, just not popping Porn up in your face unless you're SURE you want porn.

Considering the trending of searches being in Google's hands, I'm sure there are VERY GOOD REASONS why some words are off that list.

Also, keep in mind they get sued repeatedly for idiots not likeing what others are searching for being more relevant, if they are the butt of jokes or accused of something, like that big lawsuit in France over a trended search term being popular.

Why are people bashing google over this choice? Its not like you cant still search for them by hitting your enter key. Don't worry, your source for pr0n wont be disrupted!

[citation][nom]drakefyre[/nom]Umm... you can still search for it, and if you're typing it you're looking for it. Just press enter people! Yeah, Google Instant is nice, but remember the good old days when you had to hit a button to search?[/citation]

Ya, I remember a month ago, those were simpler times.

There shouldn't be any reason for this banning of words from using the 'Instant' portion of Google Instant Search. If people don't like that they are getting sexual returns for the words that they are using? Start living in the real world, sex is a part of it.

Sex may be a part of it, but you may not want your 4 year old kid to accidentally stumble upon it because he wanted to look up camels and he ends up seeing a bunch of camel toe. Just suck it up and learn to hit enter again, its a small sacrifice to make.

Wow, some people are flying off the handle on this. Google is not stopping you from searching these words, they are making you push "enter". I know it's exhausting, it's just one more step you have to do (even though you did before), it's a slippery slope, etc. You would rather your 8 year old need to do a report on hotels in Paris, and type in Paris Hilton and have instant search bring up sex sites. Yup, that big brother, stopping you from living the dream. Please think before you post.

WOw... thats the dumbest thing ive heard today :D google is crippling there instant search... Im thinking a better move is to link the words to there safe search feature so the person can decide to turn it on, or off.

See rules 34 and 35 of The Internet:
34. There is porn of it, no exceptions.

35. If no porn is found of it, it will be made.
