Question Work laptop to Personal Laptop

After booting the laptop it requires company's email but i dont have it
tried formating but it didnt work
what should i do to bypass it and run windows on it

how did you format it? sound like you need to do a fresh os install

for format i basically did that only tried installing windows 10
but it was of no use
the company requesting email page only comes up

where did it come up? in windows or bios?

if it is in bios, you will need to contact the company as we don't support security bypass

not in the bios but after the lenovo logo it comes
you can change the bios order and many things

just instead of windows screen the companies email registration comes up

where did you get the installation media? download from microsoft website?

i will just go to repair shop instead of wasting my time and energy on this .

Sounds like this device was locked by the company that (previously) owns it and only they can remove this feature.
