My Dell inspiron 3558 multiple keys not working working but wireless keyboard working properly looking for help if any

Check the keys to make sure they are clean, the usually can pop off pretty easily. Could be a bad keyboard, spill or other damage, cable issue. A new keyboard is pretty cheap, you can just buy one and see if it works fine then.
