Worth getting 4k TV?

I'm in the market for a new TV. Most of my watching is done through Hulu (which is 720p) and Plex (most of my movies are 720p). Is a 4k TV going to make everything I watch look worse than a 1080p TV does?

Low priced TVs usually reduce their cost to manufacture by skimping on the video processing including upscaling. Since you probably won't be able to find a new TV above 32" that isn't 4k the question is moot. Try to see the TV you are interested in getting with standard HD and FHD content before you buy.
