Would it be possible to use a USB C to USB Male Adapter for EGPu's That require usb type c on a usb 3.0 laptop..?

Can't see that working. USB 3.1 sure, I can see that working because the egpu wouldn't care that 100watts wasn't available on the port.

So essentially it would work on a 3.1 port ?because I have an Msi ge60 2pc apache pro with two 3.1 ports.. You recon it might just cut it?

I can't guarantee it, but it does have the required bandwidth. It just lacks the power handling capacity.

One last question So I want to hook an egpu soon but I don't want to compromise my wifi chip in my laptop with the mini pcie cable.. anyway I can use an adapter for an express card instead ? Like a usb to express card adapter? would it work ? Or is it a must to use the cable ?

you can use USB to PCie like that but it does ass bus latency.
