And I know it’s a gaming laptop but I was also wondering if it would be a laptop that I could use a elgato and stream from my console with, and stream at 1080p with animated overlays

Anybody got any recommendations on a 500$ budget streaming and gaming prebuilt , I wanna be able to stream at 1080p with animated overlays on twitch with an elgato from my console , then for the gaming part the only games I wanna play is warzone and gta role play

Simple answer = no.

You could buy a custom desktop for cheaper with better specs.
id say minimum ram you need is 16gb these days, and 1tb ssd. AMD have decent CPU but this wouldlt be on my list.
