Would this laptop run games well on medium or high?

Okay so I'm planning on building a new computer and am also getting a new laptop but the question is this laptop able to run most games on medium to high or if needed low, like battlefield3 and 2, Minecraft, Titanfall, and just about all games that are out right now even the next games that are coming out soon, since I know my desktop will max everything easily so here's a link to the laptop- http/shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/ideapad/y-series/y510p/

Unless you are planning on playing games on 720 and 900p i would get a better card or just leave gaming to your desktop
