Would this laptop work with sims 4 or maybe sims 3?

I need to know whether the HP Pavilion 15-p261na 15.6" Laptop would work with The Sims 4 or possibly 3. I'm not looking for ultra high graphics but maybe at least medium? I think I'd play more of sims 4 as I have the premium version and I would also like to know if it was possible that I could perhaps play one or two expansion or stuff packs on it and it would still run fine? If not would you recommend any in this price range?

Sims 3 you maybe able to get away with med settings but for sims 4 you will have to play at low.

The graphics card of that laptop is a Radeon R5, integrated into the A8-6410 APU. Here are benchmarks:

This site indicates that the Sims 4 will run at 25FPS at medium settings. You'll be fine.
