SonicBlue promised that over a year ago - but it was one of the
features that appears to have been dropped from development amidst the
bankruptcy and DNNA buyout. It used to be a coming feature on the RTV
web page, but it was yanked around that time.

TiVo started including MP3 support for free last month when they
stopped charging for Home Media Option.
