First off, programming is not a teach you only the specific information you need to know kind of thing.
It is not like changing a tire, but more like building your own car from the gorund up. You need to either take a class or read several books and start with very basic programs like outputing a line of text and move up from there. You need to learn the programming language you are using, understand the funcitons availible, the syntax of the language, and how to tie into hardware and software outside of your program.
Secondly, the only things you mentioned where malicous examples of coding, thus what else would one assume as to what you are wanting to do.
