Wrong keys being typed

Hello,
i am trying to fix a dell inspiron mini when you type a you get a1 s=s2 d=d2 f=f4 g and h works fine j=j7 k=k8 l=l9 ;=;0 if you press shift to caps it give yu the symbol. any help would be appriciated

Check which country its set for in control panel/keyboard settings...
