A screen between 4"-5" seems to be the best compromise between usability and consumer demand. Most recent Android phones are released in this bracket as well.

Awesome, more choices the better. This will also make other manufactures step up their game and produce superior quality phones to try and out due and out sell each other.

4" is good size, 5" is way too big to carry around in your pocket ... unless you wear MC Hammer pants.

An Amazon branded phone would be cool, but they need to release it with a real version of Android and not the crippled version that's on Kindle.

[citation][nom]southernshark[/nom]Hopefully this means cheaper prices for unlocked phones. I don't do contracts.[/citation]
Knowing Amazon that sounds like a likely thing actually

4-5" screen... wow, that is a stretch.

Seriously, it would be nice to have a good 4" screen modern Android phone. I have to replace my Galaxy S1 phone, the iPhone4 is outdated (3G), but a good size - but people are more likely to steal it. Everything else has a 4.5~5" screen. WTF!! Make a 1280x720 screen phone that is 4"... the battery life will be better.
