x230 lenovo vs e130

Im planning to buy a laptop mainly for traveling.. I was looking at these 2 mainly..

The e130 has an i3 processor (3rd gen) while the x230 has an i5 (3rdgen)
I am worried that the x230 would be bulky as my main laptop. but it has better specs for the same price.. What do you guys think I should buy?

Between the two I would get the ThinkPad x230. While it is larger than the ThinkPad Edge e130, it is lighter; 2.98lbs vs 3.53lbs. ThinkPad Edge laptops generally has the lowest build quality of all ThinkPad laptops.

but do you think the bulkyness is fine when i put it in my bag? (string bags) usually for school?

That's for you to decide.

The only thing I can tell you is that the x230 has better build quality, it is lighter and more powerful. That outweighs the slightly larger dimensions for me.

I think ill go with the e130, since the main reason of buying this kind of laptop was portability
