y50 screen replacement question

hi a couple questions about replacing the screen on the y50:
1 - can i buy the touch screen for the y50 touch, install it and will it work on the non-touch y50?
2 - If yes or no, what is the best ips screen to replace the TN screen in the y50?

Probably not. There is added connections to make touch panels work. Check out laptopscreens.com
