youtube 60 fps frame dropped on chrome

When i try to watch a 60 fps video on youtube using chrome, there is massive framedrop. But, when i use edge browser it is fine.. any suggestions ?
I really prefer chrome to edge and would like to keep using it but I mainly watch youtube.

Im using a surface 3 4gb of ram on windows 10. Thanks

Do you have hardware acceleration on or off? try it the other way. Also keep in mind Win 10 is optimized for theri browsers, they aren't doing much for FF, CHrome or other browsers support wise
