Youtube monetisation disabled

Hello guys,
I recently created youtube account.Also created Adsense account.Just one thing my youtube account and adsense account are different but i linked them each other.And now my adsense account is active my monetisation is disabled in youtube.
Please help.
I have sent feedback too but nothing happened please help.

Getting monetization on Youtube requires a minimum number of current subs, a minimum of channel views per month, a minimum payment due every couple of months and a handful of other things. You don't just create an account and get paid for having a tiny channel. Not anymore.

Will it get enabled after meeting requirements or is it permanant..

You will have to read Youtube's requirements to figure out what steps you need to do to enable monetization on your videos once you meet them. Expect to have to work without compensation (at least from YT) for a year or more before getting there, assuming requirements aren't toughened along the way.
