Might need to check the model, Youtube stopped being supported by many of the slightly old Bravia's 🙁

Common problem with YouTube on some smart TVs, not just Sony Bravia. Sometimes it's the specific video itself that's been badly created --- it'll start OK then freeze or stop halfway through --- pick a different video and that plays just fine so it proves it's a bad video and not YouTube generally.

Also if using WiFi on the TV, much better if you use ethernet instead if TV has ethernet port.
