Youtube using flash over html5

Not really sure what category i should put this under, but youtube is using flash over html5. When i first load a youtube video it comes up with a playback error but if i refresh the page it starts the video with flash. Again, sorry for not knowing where to put this, but can anyone help out?

I dont know what i did, it just reverted to html5
