YouTube video keeps on loading

How come I can't watch YouTube videos in my iPad, it keeps on loading and loading, yet I can watch videos perfectly on my laptop and on my iPhone. Why can't I watch videos on my iPad? Do I need to update the latest iOS? Or what else?

Unistall and re-install the YouTube app, reboot the iPad, if there is a device update waiting to run, run it.
