Youtube wont load properly

Everything else is fine but when I load youtube the videos play and there is nothing wrong with that but nothing else on the page loads properly D: Ill link a screenshot of it if anyone can help me thank you

Edit: Youtube works on all other browsers its just chrome that doesnt work, ive cleared the cache multiple times with no success D:

Did you try reinstalling and updating Chrome? And has it worked on Chrome until now?
