Z3 Compact to Nexus 6?

I'm currently using the Xperia Z3 Compact and was thinking about upgrading to the Nexus 6. Is it worth it?

Nexus 6 has Android Lollipop but its still only a 32 bit phone so it can't take full advantage because Lollipop is optimized for 64 bit.

Should I wait until next year until the new wave of 64 bit high end Android phones arrive or make the switch?

Stick with the compact,the xperia z line is one of the best on the market.If i were you i would get an s6 or z4 when they come.

Nexus is insane hard and strong phone. (my last nexus s is still working as hell). Nexus are good with hardware good with software. If you choose Z3 (not compact) i depend on it... but from Compact z3 to Nexus 6 you should get the Nexus
