z510 battery problem

,i have lenovo z510 ideapad for one year ,now the problem is when i turn the laaptop it shows batery weak .and when i plug in it it shows full............before this i got a problem of not intimating when battery is below 7% ,shut downs automatically . then it happens totally not working with out charging..
