Zonealarm free version issue

Hello I am using the free version of zonealarm. I also have a game on wild tangent I purchased. However, when I try to add the product key. I get an error message. I talked to a rep from zonealarm via chat and he said I would have to buy the pro version to get the key to work. Frankly, I think he was telling me a lie. Thoughts?

Yes, Zonealarm is updated. The error message is invalid code. I have confirmed with wildtandent that the code is correct.

if you think it blocking the game, test it by temporary disabled it.
