ZTE ATT Avail heats up being only on it for 15 mins

Recently I worry about the internal of my ZTE ATT Avail as get heats up eaisily after being only on it for 15 mins. Been used almost one year, Overall, not a bad phone. The mainly flaw now is its temperature which is hot enough to burn my skin now🙁 I have a original battery, a MPJ aftermarket battery, two OEM batteries, one universal charger and a manufacturer charger, but none of them fix its overheat issue! How can I fix it? Or maybe it’s time to move away from it…
