Many players may not know this but you can actually tell if a place is looted or not by the looks of it. This will save you a lot of time and useless searching. So if you want to know how you can tell a place is looted follow the tips below:
Opened Doors:
The first sign of a place that is already looted is always opened doors. Games like PUBG or Fortnite Battle Royale allow people to enter the building or a house by opening its door. This can help you interpret if a place is already looted. If you see a building or a house that has its door(s) opened then it means a player has already paid a visit to that particular building or house and has forgotten to close the door. One thing that you can do to annoy other players is to close the door of the place that you have looted and they will enter thinking that this place is not looted already and will waste their time. Cruel isn’t it?
Unimportant Loot:
Let’s say if you entered a house that had the door closed but it was looted already, how would you tell? Well, it is pretty simple, you just need to look at the loot that is laying on the ground, if there is no loot then it is obvious, but if there is some loot, you will notice that all the loot laying on the ground will be based on things that are unimportant or players usually don’t want them. If this is the case, then you should know that the place is already looted and you should not waste your time searching the whole place.
Opened Chest:
Another indicator of a place that is already looted is an opened chest. If you enter a building and go directly to the chest and see it opened, then you should realize that the place is already looted by someone else so you should not search that whole place for other loot as it would only waste your time.
Broken Walls or Roofs:
The last indicator that can help you tell if the place is looted is the broken walls and roofs. If you have gone into a building and see broken walls like most of the players break them to enter next room, then it means the place is already searched and looted by other players. Same goes for roofs; if you see a roof or attic broken, you should realize that this place is already looted. One more thing, if you see the furniture of a place destroyed or missing, then a player has already been there. This is because most of the players gather wood by destroying the furniture of a house.
So by reading the aforementioned tips about telling if a place is looted you will be able to save a lot of your time that would have been wasted in searching already looted places.
