- ■Log on to the computer on which the Winamp player is experiencing the issue.
■Initialize the Winamp player.
■Once initialized, go to Options menu from the menu bar.
■From the displayed list, go to Preferences.
■On the opened Winamp Prefereces box, from the left pane, click to select the Video category under the Playlist tree.
