To get rid of Error UI-113 on Netflix, users can take
advantage of the following three troubleshooting tips. They work for all brands
and models of Smart TV’s regardless of firmware version.

Restart The Smart TV

This restart is more advanced than simply turning the
television off then on. It clears the memory of the television without forcing
you to reenter user/pass information.

1. Turn off the TV and unplug the power for sixty seconds.

Sign Out Of The App

Signing out and back in will require knowing the username
and password of the account. It will also force the app to attempt a reconnect
with Netflix servers.

1. While still on the error screen select More Details, then
Reset/Deactivate.
