Question Cannot get sound through any apps on my smart TV to my soundbar

I have an RCA smart TV and a sound bar that will not play audio on any of my apps like Netflix or Amazon Prime, it just plays the TV sound and the Netflix picture but no sound on Netflix or prime. Help!!!

Hei,
to understand better, the sound is working ONLY on the TV, like when you watch a match, but no way on the apps?
So, the problem are the apps, not your TV itself, right?
