An old Realtek Audio driver version 2.13 which is without dolby has done the trick for me. Got bass management back on Audio manager but had to let go dolby.

Disabled the automatic update and uninstalled realtek hd audio manager as u said.. And now I got the bass management option back in speaker properties and checking the bass management there solves the problem and the sub woofer starts to work while playing media.. So is this the solution...
