    Looks like the Sound Dome, and according to the manufacturer, nobody but the person sitting under the dome can hear it. Not a bad idea, but only if nobody else can hear it.

    Bad calls are unfortunate, but also a part of football. Having a sensor that triggers when the ball fully crosses the goal line is not a bad idea, but that's where it should stop. Adding video reviews would make football a slow game with too many interruptions like handegg.

    Instead of going through the administrative nightmare and refunding 10cents to thousands of people they should just come forward and donate the "overcharge" to the red cross plus a little bonus. good publicity + more money for the red cross = win win
