So it has happened again now, and the only common factor is it has happened after unplugging the HDMI cable that connects it to my monitor. This time it has not been fixed by the RGB flashing video, and im thinking i may need to replace the LCD. Thoughts?

Are you sure the laptop charger is working? Check for notification LEDs on the laptop when plugging in or test charger using a voltmeter.

Windows 10 lets me enter password, but after entering, refreshes back to log in page. Does not display incorrect password message, just goes back to the log in page. I can boot into safe mode, and log in from there, and once restarted from safe mode, can log in once. If the user is logged out...
