Physical buttons are ergonomically superior. That's all there is to it. Touchscreen has its uses, but for maximum ease of use, you gotta go buttons. P.S. I have a 10" hand width. I always double key, but it happens a lot less with physical buttons than touchscreen.

The problem is the content, not the content platform. If I didn't feel patronized everytime I look at the news (irrespective of where it is), I would be more willing to consume it. I know a lot of other people (especially Gen-Y's) feel the same way.
