Can my graphic card get damages as i played very high minimum requirements games? Ex: i played sims 4 on my toshiba laptop with Intel HD Graphics 4000, many says, will run it well with lowest graphic settings but will encounter some issue such as lag, glitch etc.... Does will hurt my gpu?

My laptop keyboard is suddenly pressing itself (only 0 key) but also it is several minute to stop. Also after i restart it is suddenly appear (hard drive recovery setting) My laptop is toshiba sayellite.

My toshiba laptop exceed to 70+ Celsius while balanced power plan, it turning 90 to 100% cpu load in task manager when the following task(system, service hosts, cortana, etc...) is still in operation(even i'm not playing games, using browser, etc..). So i turn my power plan to eco/power saver...
